What we can do

Christ’s Episcopal Church was one of the churches that helped organize the Task Force in 1984, and we’ve maintained a close and supportive relationship with them ever since. We host several food drives each year to help them keep their Food Bank well-supplied. We collect clothing and household goods as well. Several of our parishioners volunteer at the Task Force.

The Task Force states that one of its goals is to eliminate hunger in Douglas and Elbert counties. We wholeheartedly support the work they do to achieve this necessary goal.
