Crystal Martinez-Hays, Office Administrator

Crystal joined the Christ’s Church staff in the spring of 2024 as our office administrator. Crystal is the one to greet you in-person at the office, on the phone, and when contacting the office email address as our point-person for the congregation and staff. She also handles administrative tasks, managing our building scheduling and calendar maintenance, membership transfers, processing invoices and reimbursement requests, all while providing admin support to our staff and vestry.

If you ever have questions, are looking to transfer your membership, would like to use one of the many meeting spaces on our campus, or have a reimbursement request, she’s here to help!

Crystal comes from the Northern California Wine Country where she worked in the entertainment industry and raised her two children. In 2018, she relocated to Castle Rock with her daughter and was followed in 2020 by her son and his family. Crystal and her fiancé, Mike, spend their time fishing, camping, attending concerts and sporting events, and enjoy leisure time at home watching movies with their cat, Steve.
