Office Administrator (Part-Time)


Christ’s Episcopal Church is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a part-time Office Administrator. This in-office position requires a commitment to fostering a welcoming environment that mirrors the love and teachings of Christ as we welcome ALL into our church community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for individuals visiting and calling the office, ensuring a warm and professional reception.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including document filing and invoice processing.
  • Oversee the campus calendar, scheduling events and coordinating with staff to ensure smooth operation.
  • Perform various administrative duties as needed to support the church staff and its ministries.


This role is part-time, approximately 20 hours per week.


  • The starting wage is $18 per hour, with the potential for an increase based on the candidate’s experience.
  • Benefits include paid time off and paid sick days.


  • A passion for helping people and supporting the mission of the church.
  • Prior experience in office administration or customer service is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Publisher, and Excel required.
  • Knowledge of the Episcopal Church and church databases would be an added bonus, or a passion to learn about both if not!
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Verbal and written English fluency.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with current church staff and community members.
